Terms and Conditions for Lead Submission
1. Accuracy of Information: By submitting a lead on Commission.io, you agree to
provide true, accurate, and complete information about the lead.You agree to update the
information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
2. Privacy of Information: You confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent
from the lead (individual or business entity) to share their information with
Commission.io and its partners.
3. Non-Infringement: You confirm that sharing this lead and the associated
information does not infringe on the rights of any third party, including but not limited
to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
4. Lead Validation: Commission.io reserves the right to validate the information
provided. If the information cannot be validated, or if it is found to be inaccurate, the
lead may be rejected.
5. Non-Exclusivity: Unless otherwise stated in writing, the submission of a lead
does not establish any exclusivity rights. Commission.io reserves the right to pursue the
same or similar leads submitted by other affiliates.
6. Commission Agreement: Commissions will be determined according to the existing
commission structure of Commission.io. Payouts will occur after the lead has resulted in a
successful sale and after the receipt of payment from the Business Partner.
7. Termination of Agreement: Commission.io reserves the right to terminate this
agreement at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.
By submitting a lead, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
